Members of the Cape May County Distinguished Citizens Award Reception Committee, along with Chair, Elizabeth Hulitt, are joined by Brian W. Jones, President of the Garden State Council Boy Scouts of America (GSC/BSA) and President of The First National Bank of Elmer as they awarded Jay Gillian and John Scarpa at the Wildwoods Convention Center. Together the group raised over $73,000 to support the mission of the Garden State Council.
